I was initially called as 3rd AD + Runner for this shoot however on the day was upgraded to Lighting Technician. The Roller World venue in Colchester had their in house party lights which could get too busy for what the Director wanted and it was my duty to tame its automatic switching as well as learning the the switch board as soon as possible. The video edit successfully maintains a peaceful flow in between the significant light temperature switches before I would return it and when I was manually controlling the required lights.

Was my first experience of full lighting control on a serious production.
